Series 1: DJ jet-Pulse uni-filters series

1. General Description
DJ jet-Pulse uni-filters series is a kind of minitype bag filter which adopts the Jet Filter Bag cleaning Technology of High Flow rate Pulse Valve with 0.5~0.7Mpa. It has the characteristics such as strong bag cleaning capacity and high collection efficiency. And it is small and light, the structure is simple and compact, which is easy to install and maintain. It is widely used in the various conveying facilities and dedusting for partial dust emission points in the industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mine and coal and so on.

2. Operational Principle
The dusty gas enters the filter bag chamber, after filtrated by filter bag to get net gas, which enters the net gas chamber and then discharged by the fan from the outlet of the net gas chamber. Along with the adsorption of the dust on the external surface of the filter bag, the resistance of dust catcher rises gradually. In order to make the resistance of dust catcher less than 1200Pa, it is necessary to carry on time bag cleaning. Bag cleaning is accomplished by program controller regularly to start the pulse valves in turn; the compressed air in the air pocket is jetted out by the tuyere. Induce ambient air enter the filter bag through venturi tube and instantly expand the filter bag sharply, shake off the dust in the filter bag to clean the bag.

3. Structure & Selection of Models
This series of dust catcher consists mainly of the following parts:
Box: Including the middle box, upper box, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag frame, access door. The box can withstanding pressure of 5000Pa and has three structures: one with ash bucket, another is open flange; the last one is belt conveyor filter.
Jet System: air pocket, tuyere, pulse valve, pulse controller.
Blast System: fan, electric machinery.
1) Model Directions
These uni-filters have seven specifications 32, 48,64,80,96,112,128, of which there are three mounted forms for each specification to meet operating requirements in different occasions
and the model directions are detailed as follows:


2) Selection Parameters & Selection Principle:
a. The main technological parameters for dust catcher selection are gas flow rate, gas temperature, dust concentration and humidity. The maximum values of gas flow rate, gas temperature and dust concentration designed according to the techniques shall be slightly smaller than the numerical values in the technical performance chart. And the corresponding model of dust catcher, viz. the needed dust catcher model.
b. The air consumption in the chart is the circumstances of the centralized air supply by the plant. If the air compressor is used exclusively, the air consumption in the chart shall be magnified to 1.5 times.
c. The air consumption set forth in the blank of consumption for compressed air is the maximum air consumption of this model.
